Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner in line with established recipes and procedures.

If you have a passion for made from scratch food, you will lead, develop, and coach a diverse kitchen team while ensuring safety, quality, and cost controls across the operation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Direct productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Manage Back of House employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Assist development of key employees, including assistant managers and hourly staff through daily feedback.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and kitchen safety responsibilities.
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Manage food costs, track waste, and control kitchen labor costs.
• Direct work for Back of House staff, set hours, weekly schedules, and assign tasks.
• Train Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires for Back of House staff.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.
