Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures.

As Kitchen Manager you will supervise production, enforce policies, manage inventory and staff performance, and develop employees through daily feedback and coaching. The role emphasizes safety, food cost control, and effective scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and ensuring safe food handling.
• Ability to plan and schedule labor and food production.
• Strong adherence to recipes, procedures, and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Back of House production and preparation to meet recipes and timelines.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to optimize ticket times and efficiency.
• Coach and evaluate performance of kitchen staff and hourly employees.
• Develop key employees through daily feedback and coaching.
• Conduct line checks for inventory and safety and manage food handling procedures.
• Control food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Schedule and assign tasks for Back of House staff during open hours.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications and participate in hiring decisions for Back of House roles.
• Foster a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
