Job summary

All In Hospitality Group is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations across its concepts, working closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to ensure profitability, guest relations, and high standards of food and beverage development.

You will mentor current leadership and hourly staff, lead vendor relations, and focus on in-store food cost management, inventory, and waste reduction while maintaining a strong, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations for All In Hospitality Group concepts.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop in-house leadership and hourly staff; conduct 1-1s and set goals.
• Manage food cost, inventory, waste, and P&L review to improve cost effectiveness.
• Ensure safety practices, handbook standards, and a healthy workplace culture.
