Job summary

All In Hospitality group is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee all kitchen operations for their concept. You will work directly with in-house leadership to ensure profitability, guest relations, culture and staff development.

The role focuses on menu development, vendor relations, cost control, and hands-on leadership to drive consistent, high-quality guest experiences across all locations. A strong emphasis on work-life balance and growth opportunities is highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations for the concept.
• Collaborate with in-house leadership to ensure profitability, guest relations and culture.
• Develop food and beverage programs in line with Culinary Director.
• Mentor hourly staff and lead 1-1 coaching and action plans.
• Ensure safety, handbook standards and labor cost controls.
• Drive sales opportunities and manage daily shifts for guest service.
