Job summary

All In Hospitality Group is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Winchester to lead kitchen operations in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef. You will supervise menu development, mentor staff, and drive profitability while maintaining guest service standards.

The role emphasizes food and beverage outcomes, staff coaching, and a strong, healthy workplace culture with opportunities for growth across the group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations for the concept with Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.
• Develop menus in collaboration with Culinary Director and leadership.
• Mentor staff, lead 1-1s, and create action plans for goals.
• Ensure safety, handbook standards, and cost controls.
• Maximize profitability by reviewing inventory, P&L, and labor costs.
• Foster a healthy workplace culture and effective teamwork.
• Interview and hire kitchen leadership and hourly staff.
• Drive sales opportunities and maintain guest service standards.
