Job summary

Salted is seeking a Kitchen Manager for our Orange County location. The ideal candidate will have a solid culinary background and at least 5 years of experience in a kitchen, with 2 years in a leadership role. You will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

This full-time position offers an annual salary of $75,000, along with benefits such as a performance-based bonus program, medical, dental, and vision plans, and a 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work.
• Minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities
