Job summary

Salted in San Diego, CA is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support quality control, communicate with the Hospitality Team, and assist in staff development. Candidates should have a solid foundation in culinary skills, at least 2 years of kitchen experience, and 1 year of leadership experience. This full-time position offers a starting pay rate of $25-$30 per hour, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401k plan, and free meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more.
• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support quality control and food presentation standards.
