Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Co. in Worcester is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the newly expanded taproom kitchen. You will drive daily operations, maintain quality and consistency, and coach a growing BOH team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include opening and running service, inventory control, cost management, and collaboration with FOH leadership to ensure smooth, high-volume service in a dynamic brewpub environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and BOH systems.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Culinary degree is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure menu items meet standards.
• Maintain organization in prep, line, and storage areas.
• Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service.
• Hire, train, and manage back-of-house staff.
• Manage inventory and control food costs.
