Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Co. in Worcester's Patriot Place taproom is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, uphold culinary standards, and coach a back‑of‑house team.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll partner with the Head of Culinary on menu execution, train staff, manage inventory and food costs, and ensure a smooth kitchen-to-dining floor workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and BOH systems.
• Proven leadership with staff training and development.
• Solid grasp of food cost control, inventory, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent execution of menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain organization in prep, line, and storage areas.
• Ensure smooth service flow in collaboration with FOH leadership.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health code requirements.
