Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company is reopening its renovated taproom at Patriot Place and is seeking a friendly Taproom Host to welcome guests, manage reservations with Toast Tables, and support the taproom by running food, bussing tables, and assisting wherever needed.

This part-time role requires energy, teamwork, and a passion for craft beer culture as the team readies the new kitchen program and a higher-energy guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about beer offerings and craft beer culture.
• Knowledge of Toast Tables/Toast POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and waitlists using Toast Tables.
• Oversee seating flow and communicate wait times and menu highlights.
• Run food and bussing duties to support service as needed.
• Help maintain guest areas, cleanliness, and organization.
• Collaborate with servers and bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
