Qualifications

• 5+ years of Food & Beverage general management experience, including opening new establishments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems, cost control, budgeting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Worcester operation, including staff and events.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team aligned with culture and standards.
• Develop training programs and provide hands-on coaching for staff.
• Manage daily operations, licensing, safety, and sanitation standards.
