Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food per recipes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Back of House operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of guests.
• Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Providing daily feedback during one-on-ones to develop key employees.
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety in the kitchen.
• Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Directing work schedules and task assignments for Back of House staff.
• Training Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendations to hire Back of House employees.
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
