Responsibilities
Communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management.
Read and write notes in the manager’s daily log.
Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
Complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
Enforce measurements, recipe adherence, cleanliness, and quality control.
