Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team, overseeing ordering, prep, service, cleaning, and closing. You will communicate with management, maintain quality control, and ensure health code compliance.

Responsibilities include managing pars and inventory, conducting staff evaluations, and coordinating with M.O.D. to finalize shifts. Position requires flexibility, travel up to 30 miles, and a five-day week with 50–55 hours.

Qualifications

• Must read and write notes in the manager’s daily log (English).
• Must communicate with management throughout the day.
• Must relate an accurate, honest report of all events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the back-of-house team through all kitchen operations (ordering & receiving, prep, service, cleaning, closing).
• Monitor and enforce recipe adherence, portion control, and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with management to communicate kitchen issues and staff needs.
• Ensure compliance with Florida State health code standards.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and quarterly supervisor meetings; participate in evaluations.
