Qualifications

• Must have current food management certification.
• Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality.
• Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell.
• Requires the ability to stand and move about for up to 4 hours at length.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BOH team through kitchen operations.
• Communicate kitchen issues with management.
• Enforce proper measurements and recipe adherence.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings.
