Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in food production.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with employees, vendors and guests.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and analyzing manpower and operations.
• Aim for maximum guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards.
• Monitor food temperatures and maintain quality control.
• Schedule staff to meet productivity and service standards.
• Manage inventory, costs, and financial reporting.
