Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Mansfield, OH to supervise food production, enforce policies, and lead back-of-house teams while ensuring safety and high quality. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role offers a salary between $65,000 and $80,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days and growth opportunities within a people-first culture.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Direct productivity to maintain timely food item tickets
• Manage back-of-house staff performance, coaching, evaluations, and discipline
• Provide daily feedback to key and hourly staff during one-on-one sessions
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks for inventory safety and waste control
• Oversee proper handling, storage and sanitation of all items
• Ensure safe food handling procedures and cost controls for ingredients
• Schedule Back of House staff and assign tasks before/during/after open hours
• Train back-of-house staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Participate in hiring decisions for back-of-house personnel
• Foster a safe, enjoyable, and clean work environment aligned with core values
