Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Coach and discipline Back of House staff; conduct evaluations.
• Train staff and conduct regular one-on-ones to drive performance.
• Perform Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor.
