Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee Back of House operations, purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food,

you will lead a diverse team, enforce food safety, manage labor costs and inventories, and ensure timely service while upholding our core values and guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising back-of-house operations in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Proven track record of managing labor costs and scheduling items.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce policies and maintain cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times and food quality.
• Manage back-of-house staff performance, including evaluations and coaching.
• Provide daily feedback during one-on-ones and support development of key staff.
