Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food per established recipes and procedures.

The role requires leadership to supervise BOH staff, enforce safety policies, manage inventory and costs, and ensure timely food preparation. A comprehensive rewards package is offered after 30 days of employment, with growth opportunities within the Texas Roadhouse family.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing Back of House operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of established recipes, procedures, and consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes.
• Enforce policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff with evaluations and coaching.
• Train BOH staff and conduct line checks for safety and inventory.
• Oversee proper handling, storage, and food safety practices.
• Control food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks around hours of operation.
