Job summary

Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse family, is looking for a rockstar Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and ensure food is purchased, received, prepared, and presented in a timely manner according to established recipes and procedures.

You will lead BOH staff, manage food costs and inventory, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering a high-energy, guest-focused dining experience consistent with our values.

Qualifications

• Kitchen management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing and presenting food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and adherence to employment policies across BOH.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times and labor costs.
• Train and develop BOH staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback.
