Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food items in a timely manner per established recipes and procedures.

The role requires leadership to manage BOH employees, enforce safety standards, monitor food costs, and train staff, with strong emphasis on teamwork and community culture. This position is based in Pensacola, FL within Bubba’s 33 restaurants.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising back-of-house production and ensuring recipe compliance.
• Ability to enforce employment policies and maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness.
• Proven track record in managing costs, schedules, and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Provide daily feedback during one-on-one sessions to develop key employees.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks and oversee inventory and safety in the kitchen.
