Job summary

You will supervise production, enforce policies, monitor ticket times, and coach staff while ensuring safety and quality across the kitchen. The role offers growth and a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Back of House in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage food costs, inventory, and labor.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing employment policies and restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Directing productivity to maintain ticket times.
• Managing Back of House staff performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Developing key employees through daily feedback.
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
• Overseeing proper handling, storage of all items.
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures.
• Managing food costs, waste, and labor.
• Directing work hours, schedules, and task assignment.
• Training Back of House on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Reviewing applications and hiring decisions.
• Creating a safe, fun, clean work environment aligned with values.
