Responsibilities

• Supervising the production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures
• Enforcing safety, cleanliness, and guest safety in alliance with management
• Directing productivity to maintain efficient ticket times
• Managing Back of House staff performance, coaching, and discipline
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety
• Overseeing proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all items
• Scheduling Back of House hours and tasks before, during, and after open hours
• Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
