Qualifications

• Must possess a Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC).
• Three years of experience in kitchen management is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of products.
• Control food costs by training kitchen staff on food preparation.

Skills

Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC)

Certified Food Protection Manager certification preferred

Three (3) years minimum in a kitchen management position

Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends

Strong work ethic

Excellent guest relations skills
