Job summary

Workstream in Madison, WI is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations under the Kitchen Director. You will own the day-to-day cooking, safety, and staff coordination while learning how to grow a $9 million business through expertise and relationships.

You'll manage inventory, cover multiple positions, and ensure fast, high-quality service. The role offers competitive pay starting at $17/hour and full benefits, with Sundays off and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Full-time preferred; Part-time also available.
• Ability to multitask at a fast, efficient and complete pace.
• Solid, reliable and team-oriented work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Service oriented, positive attitude.
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen: taste of food, food safety, speed, and food cost
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
