Job summary

Milwaukee Burger Company in Appleton, WI is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchen and ensure top-quality food production and service. This role oversees the line, ensures safety standards, and drives guest satisfaction through consistent execution.

You will supervise 15-20 staff, manage staffing, safety, sanitation, and cost controls while maintaining a focus on quality and teamwork. Hours on line, nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.
• Proven ability to manage labor and food costs while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and supervise all kitchen staff.
• Staffing, scheduling, and staff development of the assigned work group.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality across all stations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, storage, rotation, and cost controls.
