Milwaukee Burger Company, part of Lincoln Hospitality Group, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced scratch kitchen in Wisconsin. You’ll drive food quality, safety, and team development while managing costs and menu execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of kitchen management in a full‑service, high‑volume setting, strong leadership, and hands-on style. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required; you’ll coach cooks and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling.
• Hands-on leader able to work on the line.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and consistency.
• Coach, train, schedule, and develop line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during service.
• Maintain food, labor, and operating costs while achieving financial goals.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation.
• Ensure recipe execution, portion control, presentation, and ticket times.
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department standards.
• Build a positive, accountable culture centered around teamwork and growth.
