Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service operations.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees in a respectful, courteous manner to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory counts and cost of sales reporting; audit inventory levels against budget.
• Help manage labor costs by scheduling employees per the approved budget.
• Assist in enforcing food safety policies and maintain safe, compliant kitchen operations.
• Stock food/beverage areas and prepare made-to-order items per recipes or specs.
• Communicate procedures, promotions, and new products to staff; support in training others.
• Support Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and readiness for promotions.
