Job summary

Parker's Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily operations, uphold food safety, and help develop a high-performing team. You will assist with inventory, scheduling, and ensuring quality across made-to-order items.

The role offers hands-on leadership development in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within Parker's Kitchen’s management structure. You will work with a supportive team and contribute to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment is required.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management and weekly counts; help generate reports.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Manager to control labor costs through scheduling.
• Enforce safety and sanitation policies; maintain safe handling procedures.
• Assist with stock and setup of food/beverage areas to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate procedures, promotions, and new products to staff and customers.
• Support department goals through teamwork and cross-training.
