Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in food service or demonstrated restaurant leadership.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Food Safety Certification completed within first month.
• Skills-based certification completed within first 120 days.
• Ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: interact with customers and staff respectfully to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Inventory Management: conduct weekly counts and generate cost of sales reports; audit inventory against budget.
• Labor and Budget Control: assist in managing labor costs by scheduling per approved budget.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: enforce safety policies and maintain safe food handling procedures.
• Communication and Team Leadership: collaborate with Kitchen Manager and train/mentor peers.
