Job summary

Parker's Kitchen in Savannah, GA is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Training to develop leadership skills while assisting the Kitchen Manager in daily operations. You will help ensure efficient systems, deliver strong customer service, and contribute to a high standard of operation.

You will gain hands-on experience by stepping in as acting Kitchen Manager when needed, with growth opportunities toward a future promotion to Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.
• Kitchen Managers in Training must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining efficient operating systems and customer service.
• Support Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations.
• Assist in inventory counts and cost reports.
• Support labor budgeting and scheduling.
• Stock food and beverage areas and maintain safety and sanitation.
• Communicate procedures and train staff on promotions and new products.
