Qualifications
- 3+ years of culinary management in a high-volume, full-service kitchen.
- Experience supervising large teams and ensuring quality execution.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial literacy.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily culinary operations in a high sales, full-service restaurant.
- Coach and develop a 30+ member culinary team.
- Inspire excellence through scratch kitchen execution and quality
- Monitor labor, food costs, waste, and recipe adherence to drive profitability
- Hire, train, and develop team members into future culinary leaders
- Ensure food safety and sanitation, uphold brand standards and guest experience
