Annette's Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations, food production, and overall restaurant performance. You will drive quality, safety, and labor management while reporting to the franchise leadership.

The position requires 55–60 hours per week, standing and walking for long periods, and occasional travel for training and meetings. Relocation may be necessary for multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant preferred.
• Education and/or experience normally associated with completion of a degree program in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral systems to meet quality, recipes, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of General/Hospitality Managers.
• Ensure effective execution of policies and drive guest satisfaction through efficient operations.
