Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in varied kitchen roles including food prep and line cook.
• At least 2 years in a leadership position with hiring and training responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and people-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and products are prepared and served to the restaurant’s standards.
• Oversee ordering and receiving of food according to specifications.
• Control food cost and waste while managing back‑of‑house labor.
• Hire, train and evaluate kitchen staff; provide ongoing coaching.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safe operation; uphold sanitation.
• Schedule labor according to business needs; ensure coverage.
