Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager – Heart-of-House (HOH) to lead the HOH operations, ensure quality control, and drive performance through clear direction and supervision of the HOH team.

You will oversee execution, partner with the front of house, uphold food safety and sanitation, train and develop staff, manage labor and costs, and foster a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.
• Sports lover or not, all backgrounds are welcome here.
