Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager – Heart-of-House to lead the HOH teams, ensure smooth execution of kitchen operations, and drive guest satisfaction through strong supervision and training.

As HOH Kitchen Manager you will oversee daily performance, uphold safety and sanitation standards, coordinate with front-of-house, manage schedules, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and staff development.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Kitchen Manager – Heart-of-House (HOH)

You will create legendary experiences for guests and team members through the management of the Heart-of-House (HOH) as the Kitchen Manager. You will oversee the execution and performance of the HOH and will provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
