Kitchen Manager – Heart‑of‑House (HOH) Management

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart‑of‑House operations. The manager will create legendary experiences for guests and team members, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create legendary guest and team member experiences by managing the Heart‑of‑House (HOH) kitchen.
• Oversee the execution and performance of the HOH, ensuring timely food preparation and service.
• Provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health‑code requirements throughout kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, responsible alcohol service, and safety/security procedures.
• Maintain accurate labor scheduling, payroll, and inventory records.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in computer operations and kitchen management software.
• Passion for training, developing, and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
