  • DAYS/HOURS AVAILABLE: Monday - Sunday | 5 days (per week) | 50 hours (per week)

  • Managing and working with the line cooks and prep cooks to ensure that our food quality and safety is top notch.
  • Responsible for opening or closing the restaurant.
  • Staying calm and collected during very busy hours while leading the team in the cooking line.
  • Effectively managing breaks for the cooks and prep staff.
  • Taking initiative to help improve kitchen processes, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior cooks and prep staff.
  • Conducting station certifications and managing our promotional ladder.
  • Attending weekly management meetings focused on improving food and service quality.
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed.

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
  • Kitchen safety and sanitation experience
  • Experience using fryers, griddles, char-broilers, and general restaurant kitchen equipment
