Pay

$67,000 - $90,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Compensation Details
  • This is a bonus-eligible position, with total cash compensation ranging from $67,000 to $90,000 annually based on store performance and a base salary of $66,560.
Responsibilities
  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  • Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Developing key employees through feedback during one-on-ones.
  • Conducting inventory and safety checks, including Taste & Temp checks.
  • Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  • Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  • Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff.
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  • Hiring or recommending hiring Back of House employees.
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals.
