Zeppe's is a rock n' roll themed pizzeria and Tavern that has been in business since 1986. We provide an energetic and fun atmosphere where passion meets quality. We are seeking a Kitchen Manager/Store Manager to help spread our enthusiasm and values with our guests.

Qualifications
  • Ability to organize and manage a high-volume business during peak hours
  • Friendly personality, strong leadership skills, organized, computer proficient, positive attitude
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience with strong back of the house skills
  • Committed to the service industry, thrives in lively atmospheres, enjoys this lifestyle
  • Menu development skills preferred
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily operations and developing exceptional customer service (guest interaction required at times)
  • Running floor shifts, scheduling, training, and managing staff
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Maintaining cost of goods, cost of labor, and overall financial management
Compensation

Earn up to $55k + incentives; up to $25/hr!
