We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following established recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising food production and preparation in line with recipes and standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment policies, maintaining cleanliness, and guest safety.
  • Monitoring ticket times for efficiency.
  • Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Developing employees through feedback and training.
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper food handling.
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs.
  • Scheduling and task assignment for staff.
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  • Participating in hiring processes.
  • Creating a positive, safe, and clean work environment.
