Pay: $43,000 - $70,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. This role is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. As a Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
  2. Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  4. Managing Back of House employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Providing daily feedback to develop key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff.
  6. Conducting line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and safety responsibilities.
  7. Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  8. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  9. Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  10. Setting work hours, weekly schedules, and task assignments for Back of House staff.
  11. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  12. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House employees.
  13. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals.
