$43,000 - $70,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following established recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager include:

  • Supervising and overseeing food production and preparation in line with recipes and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with employment policies, restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety
  • Managing productivity to maintain efficient ticket times
  • Managing performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Developing key employees through feedback and training
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling of kitchen items
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures
  • Controlling food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Participating in hiring processes
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
