Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operation of the Back of House and assisting with ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager include:

1. Supervising and overseeing the production of food
2. Enforcing compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management
3. Monitoring tickets and setting the pace during peak hours
4. Managing through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking when needed
5. Conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks
6. Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
7. Managing inventory and tracking waste under the Kitchen Manager's direction
8. Maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
9. Ensuring consistency in food and service to increase sales
10. Practicing safe food handling procedures
11. Ensuring staff follow recipes and procedures
12. Creating a safe environment and supporting employee development
13. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards for guests and staff
