Job Opportunity: Kitchen Manager

Creole Cuisine is currently seeking professional Kitchen Managers for multiple concepts in the New Orleans area.

We offer:

  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Total Compensation Package

As a manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including appearance, atmosphere, presentation, guest experience, financial success, and professional leadership. Essential traits include development and counseling skills, ability to work well under pressure, motivation, and a desire to help grow the organization.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including holidays
  • 2+ years experience in a full-service, fast-paced environment
  • For General Managers and Executive Chefs: 4+ years of proven success in similar environments
  • Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and developing staff
  • Experience maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport within the community
  • Financial acumen in controlling costs and forecasting
  • A stable work history with a successful career track
