We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and lead a team of kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for food, and a proven track record in managing kitchen operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and activities
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff performance
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance needs
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen management or head chef role
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
