Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH Supervisor.
  • ServSafe certified or willing to become certified.

Your Impact

  • Lead daily BOH operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff with a focus on teamwork, safety, and efficiency
  • Maintain BOH cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards (ServSafe compliance)
  • Monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, and manage ordering and prep
  • Support a strong partnership with FOH leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Contribute to team morale through hands-on leadership and clear communication

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH Supervisor
  • Experience in upscale-casual or polished dining preferred
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cost control, kitchen systems, and food safety best practices
  • ServSafe certified or willing to become certified
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
