Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food according to recipes and procedures.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  • Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times.
  • Manage Back of House employees' performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Develop key employees through feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling, maintenance, and storage of food items.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Manage food costs, waste, and labor costs.
  • Set work hours, schedules, and assign tasks for Back of House staff.
  • Train employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
