We operate from 5 am to 11 pm, with some evening, weekend, and holiday hours, and require availability for 40-45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and District Managers in store operations, focusing on food quality and customer service
• Achieve performance and profit goals within the food service area
• Oversee daily tasks and performance of food service team members
• Implement food programs, procedures, and safety protocols
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and control costs to increase profit margins
• Coordinate with vendors and respond to customer feedback
• Plan work schedules and team assignments for efficient operations
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn store computer applications
